While the staff were very friendly, sadly the quality of the work was rather poor. The first problem encountered was when I enquired about the 3 year warranty on my graphics card (which still had 6 months left) and was told that it was now a 2 year warranty as the manufacturer ceased making that card, the impression I got was that they couldn't care less about checking what the actual policy of the manufacturer was. Then I was told I could pick up my pc at 2:30pm but upon arrival I find that absolutely nothing had been done. I left with assurances that the work would be done and the PC would be delivered later that evening - which it was - almost, 1/2 the ram was missing and upon opening up the case I discovered the graphics card they replaced wasn't even secured to the backplate. Cannot in good conscience recommend them for repairs, and you take your chances with buying components from them too, the 2 metre cable I asked for ended up being only 1/2 a metre long.

  I went to this place to get my laptop fixed as it was going into the EzBIOS mode. I got charged more than what I have been told on the phone, I was fine with that as long as my laptop is fixed. First time to run my laptop and it crashes immidiately and goes straight to the BIOS mode. If you are not able to fix it then just say so.EDIT: I went again so they can have a look. They actually fixed my laptop again as they have a warranty for all of their jobs. My laptop has not crashed since and up to the moment.

  Just like to thank Jack at Ed’s PCs at Toombul for his fantastic customer service. I had to have my new laptop sorted out before I flew out of town on Sunday morning and Jack stayed back until 7.30pm miles past their 5.00pm Saturday closing time. Anyone looking for “5 star” service and knowledge would be crazy to go anywhere else.

  Emailed them for a quote to fix my phone. Jack responded promptly suggesting I bring the phone in for a a FREE diagnosis, which is what I did. When I returned 2 hours later, my phone was already fixed and I was charged a reasonable $49 for the service. Very happy.
